Middle School
Middle School
Grades 6-8; Ages 11-14
As students enter middle school, our teachers and staff understand that life becomes more complicated and confusing. Our staff happily accepts the challenge of building trust while walking students through this time using a biblical worldview.
Students also expand their independence by rotating to different classrooms during the school day. This teaches time management and responsibility and prepares them for high school. Middle school students have core classes (including 1.5 hours of language arts daily) as well as physical education and Korean and Filipino cultural classes.
Middle school students have the opportunity to participate in athletics. All middle school students also participate in Outdoor Education, an annual, week-long trip to Luzon that allows students to experience the great outdoors, build relationships, and grow their teamwork skills.
